How do I book a stay?
Check the availability calendar, send a booking request with your dates, and we confirm every stay personally — usually within a day. Booking direct means no platform fees.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Flexible timings are often possible — just ask.
Where exactly is the villa?
We sit on a quiet hillside above Phewa Lake in Pokhara, Nepal, a short drive from Lakeside. Pickup from the city or airport can be arranged on request.
Do we get the whole property to ourselves?
Always. Sab's Villa is an exclusive whole-property rental — one group at a time, so the cabins, gardens, pergola and views are entirely yours.
Are meals included?
Breakfast is complimentary with every stay. Dinner and the live BBQ experience come with our Couple and Group packages — or can be added to any cabin-only booking, along with an unlimited bonfire.
How do we get from parking to the villa?
The villa is a gentle 3–5 minute walk up a garden path from the parking area — a lovely start that leaves the road behind. Travel light or take your time; the path is easy and well kept.
Can I sleep in the open-air star bed?
Yes — the star bed above the lake is made up on request, weather permitting. Tell us when you book and we'll arrange it for a night of your stay.
Can you arrange activities like paragliding and boating?
Absolutely. We arrange Sarangkot sunrise trips, tandem paragliding, boating on Phewa Lake and guided hikes — share your interests when you request dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
Stays are a minimum of 2 nights. For special occasions or longer visits, message us and we'll tailor something.
Is the villa good for families and groups?
Yes — the cabins sleep up to 20 guests across the hillside, with gardens to roam and one long table for everyone at dinner. Perfect for a family villa stay in Pokhara.
Can you arrange a romantic stay?
This is our favourite request. A private cabin with lake views, dinner for two under the pergola lights and a night in the open-air star bed make it the most romantic villa stay in Pokhara.
