The Villa
Perched on a quiet hillside above Phewa Lake, Sab's Villa is a private retreat of three cabins in string-lit gardens — booked by one group at a time, so the lawns, the pergola table and the view are entirely yours.
Three cabins, one group — yours alone
Sab's Villa is never shared. Your group takes the whole hillside: three cabins sleeping up to 20, every room with its own private bathroom, and the gardens, pergola and views all to yourselves. Breakfast is complimentary with every stay — add a package and dinner and the BBQ are taken care of too.

The star bed
Our open-air bed sits at the edge of the hillside, made up with duvets and pillows, nothing between you and the sky. Fall asleep to the valley lights and wake to sunrise over Phewa Lake.

Leave the world at the gate
Your retreat begins the moment you park. A gentle three-to-five-minute walk carries you from the parking area up into the property — with every step the road noise fades, replaced by birdsong, fresh mountain air and the first glimpse of the lake through the trees. By the time you reach the welcome sign, everyday life is somewhere far below.
